DispatchTower provides personal task management, legacy support, conflict mediation, global celebration coordination, business operations assistance, and other related services. All services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability.

Fees for services are as described on our website or as quoted in writing. All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via the methods indicated at checkout. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only for services not yet rendered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DispatchTower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DispatchTower, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) any violation of these Terms by you; (c) your violation of any third party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content or instructions you provide to us. This indemnity obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

7. No Illegal Activity

DispatchTower will only perform tasks that are legal. You agree that you will not request any service that violates local, state, federal, or international laws. We reserve the right to report any illegal requests to the appropriate authorities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Geneva, Switzerland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
